Tolles Boot aber leider schlechtes Wetter ...

... so hatten wir viel Regen und konnten nur 3 Tage bei Sonne genießen. Das Boot selber war in bestem Zustand und hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Ein Sturm mit Gewitter in der dritten Nacht war emotional das Highlight – Chaos in der Bucht – Bei rund 20 Booten hat sich der Anker gelöst – die Panik bei vielen Crews ergab den Rest. Viele Zusammenstöße und Bodenberührungen brachten Schäden an einigen Booten. Ein anderes Boot ist uns in Panik in die Backbordseite gekracht, sodass wir am nächsten Tag in der Marina eine Schadensmeldung machen mussten. Aber alles super organisiert bei Marenauta – Hilfe gab es schnell und unbürokratisch.

Abbiamo prenotato la barca con ottima assistenza da parte di marenauta ma poi abbiamo dovuto fare i conti con il charter locale, che ha "venduto" la sistemazione in dinette per 2 persone e, non essendo il tavolo abbattibile, ci stava a malapena un ragazzino. Dispiace perché il Kufner è comodissimo. Rimane in ogni caso il ricordo di un mare bellissimo...

Marenauta si è dimostrato molto disponibile e corretto, garantendo un'ottima vacanza. La barca non era in ottimo stato e l'equipaggiamento non in linea con i prerequisiti richiesti e l'armatore non si è dimostrato particolarmente corretto. Cionostante grazie a Marenauta siamo riusciti a risolvere tutto.

The charterer had a 2 week vacation on S/Y Victoria. During the 2 weeks period the charterer did not report any problem or malfunction.

In addition to that, during a phone call between our staff and the skipper one day before the check out, the skipper mentioned that "everything was perfect". However during the check out he claimed some malfunction of the boat's equipment and started asking for compensation.

In good faith, we accepted to compensate some amount. In addition to the above, the diver's inspection revealed damage to the rudder, however the charterer did not accept the damage requesting an underwater video of the rudder from previous week in order to accept the damage."We also did send the video but still the client would not accept to pay for the repair of the damage.

Barcolana con equipaggio sardo

Sono un triestino trasferito in sardegna da parecchi anni. Un gruppo di sardi appassionati di vela mi ha chiesto di organizzare la partecipazione alla barcolana per cconoscere l'atmosfera e l'emozione di una manifestazione così famosa. Cercavo un dufour 44 perché è una barca che conosco bene e apprezzo soprattutto con vento forte. Ho contattato Marenauta che mi ha fornito la barca e tutta l'assistenza utile per organizzare la settimana di vacanza regata.Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del loro operato . Assistenza ottima,disponibilità eccezionale. Bravi. Quest'anno ripeterò l'esperienza e probabilmente con piu barche in quanto tutti hanno apprezzato l'esperienza e sparso la voce,quindi la richiesta di partecipazione è aumentata.
